INTRODUCTION
This takes the form of a terraced approach to allowing your body to do what it is designed to do best - Heal itself.
By changing your relationship with your body, your symptoms and with food, you will be able to correct many of the bio chemical imbalances that we suffer from.
It is this imbalance that often leads to depression, anxiety, low self- esteem, insomnia, panic disorders, PMS, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), and also weight gain as some of it's many symptoms.
When you are experiencing low levels of serotonin, there are many symptoms that you could be experiencing.
Here is a list of some of them:
• Anxiety
• Bulimia
• Chronic depressive disorder
• Depression
• Fatigue
• Loss of interest and pleasure in usual activities
• Low self esteem
• Needless feelings of unworthiness and guilt
• Obsessive compulsive disorder
• Panic /agoraphobia syndrome
• Pre-menstrual syndrome
• Problems in thinking, concentrating and decision making
• Sleep and appetite disturbances
• Violent temper and poor impulse control
This is a terraced approach, therefore, it is essential that as each terrace is laid down, it is stable before moving on to the next terrace to be laid on top. Because this is about stability, you will feel secure and supported all the way along the journey.
The forum will be your friend, your support and your confidant. Food will be your fuel - not your comfort, your obsession or your enemy. You will not feel the physical hunger that diets cause because this is not a 'Lifestyle Change' but a change in your eating habits and your lifestyle. Your body will experience the safety that at last it is getting what it needs to function optimally.
The pay off is that you will feel great every day while you learn to "let food be your medicine and medicine be your food" Hippocrates 5th century BC.
You will do the behaviour aspect, we will do the evidence based therapy, and together we will achieve the Terrific Transformation that you have been searching for in all the wrong places for so long.
What happens next?
You sign up for the next available course which will take place in Bristol on a Monday evening, starting at 18.30. There will be one every 3-4 weeks.
You will have the option of paying for the full course in advance or of monthly installments.
Now that you've found us, what are we waiting for?
